Returns & Refunds

Physical products

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Perishable goods

Flowers and coffee gifts are perishable. Quality issues must be reported promptly; we may not accept returns after the delivery window without evidence of a problem.

Digital gift cards

Once an eGift code or barcode is emailed, the purchase is generally final and non-refundable, except where required by law or in cases of confirmed non-delivery.

How to request help

Use Contact with your order number. Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method after admin review.
