Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.

Orders & pricing

Product options (size, metal, milk, etc.) may change the price shown at checkout. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or that we cannot fulfill.

Payments

Checkout validates your card and places the order in a pending-capture state. Our team completes capture using a secure terminal. Orders may be cancelled if payment cannot be completed.

Digital goods

eGift cards are delivered electronically after payment capture. Once a code is issued, it is generally non-refundable.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other customers’ orders.
